We collaborate with a vast number of subcontractors who carry out the construction and installations in the projects. Close collaboration with subcontractors and good project management are essential to our ability to deliver high-quality projects.
Through our long-standing customer relationships with leading stakeholders in Northern Europe, we have a stable foundation for organic growth. There is an underlying healthy growth within our market driven by the need for more capacity and modernisation of infrastructures as well as the introduction of new technology. Expansion of the infrastructures also increases the customers’ service and maintenance needs. We therefore see excellent potential to continue to grow with both existing and new customers in Northern Europe.
Growth through acquisitions
We drive an active acquisition agenda to complement the current business or to expand by entering new customer segments or new geographical markets. We are focusing on acquisitions in Sweden, Norway and Germany in 2022 and has started to investigate opportunities in the UK. Prioritised areas are power and water, heating and sewage along with the related groundwork contracts.
