Corporate governance
Corporate governance in Netel Group is regulated by Swedish law, primarily the Swedish Companies Act and Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rules for Issuers.
As a listed company, Netel Group will be subject to compliance with the rules in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (“the Code”). Deviations from the rules laid out in the Code are described and explained in the Corporate Governance Report.
